Bahl Wins USA Wrestling Kids National Championship in Utah
Pony wrestler Christian Bahl won both the Greco-Roman and Freestyle National Championships July 3-5 in Salt Lake City, UT. Christian defeated Carless Looney of Wyoming 4-0; 6-0 in the Greco-Roman National Championship match. Christian then added the Freestyle National Championship by defeating Mason Rife of Michigan in the finals 6-0; 8-0 to claim the double championship in Utah. Christian was 3rd at the Folkstyle National Championship in April finishing the National Triple Crown 3-1-1.

Three Ponies earn All-American honors at the 2008 USA Wrestling Folkstyle National Championships! Jimmy Lennon finished 2nd at Midget 103, Christian Bahl finished 3rd at Midget 75 and Tommy Riesselman finished 6th at Bantam 65.

Stillwater's Chris Bahl Named to USA Wrestling Board of Directors
USA Wrestling President James Ravannack appointed Chris Bahl of Stillwater, Minnesota to serve as chairperson of the USA Wrestling Marketing Committee. The Chair of the Marketing Committee is a seat on the USA Wrestling Board of Directors.
